Recover your purchases

Lost your access page? Enter the email address your Stripe receipt was sent to and the receipt number on it. If they match a purchase, you'll go straight to your downloads.

We ask Stripe whether the two match a purchase. Neither is stored, and nothing is emailed. The page of purchases you get works for one hour.

Where is the receipt number?

In the email Stripe sent when you paid (its subject starts "Your receipt from"), near the top: "Receipt #" followed by two groups of digits joined by a dash. Type it with or without the "#".

Can't find your receipt?

Check spam and other folders for an email from Stripe. Still nothing? Write to us from the address you paid with.
